Hi so i just recently bought the game today as of 03/04/17 and i am getting a fatal error saying that my gtx 970 does not meet the minimum specs
-does not meet feature level 11.0
What does this mean and why would my GTX 970 not meet the minimum specs for this game when it says anything higher that a 650 ti?

Your card supports 12 API with Feature Level 12_1, I’m starting to believe the engine is completely totaled and the feature level error is triggered possibly accidentally via a HRESULT error return. Alot of users games fail with no error message at all which could possibly support this as some hit some don’t hit. Your issue isn’t with feature level but could be driver related try updating them and see if it works.
