I’m not much of a speed runner but you may like to submit your speed run to High Speed Halo, they’ve been doing that stuff since CE days.
Note the section on the right:
> High Speed Halo is now accepting Halo 4 speed runs.
>
> Speed runs will not be considered to be ‘World Records’ until Campaign Saved Films and Carnage Reports are available at Halo Waypoint. All Halo 4 submissions will be considered to be “unverified” and will be provided for entertainment purposes ONLY. We may place a disclaimer under each run post noting the Time and Difficulty have not been verified.
>
> As with previous games, timing starts when you first gain FULL control of your character (both thumb sticks, aiming and movement), and ends when you last have control of your character, including all in-mission cut scenes and unskippable elements.
>
> Due to the possible differences in Xbox 360 hardware as noted in the forum, you must beat a previous run by at least 10 seconds to qualify as a new run. We advise runners to install the game on your Xbox 360 hard drive to speed in-mission load times.
>
> Video must show the selection of Mission and Difficulty to determine if Skulls are enabled. For failed attempts you MUST re-start the Mission from the selection screen, do not reset the mission and carry on. Edited video will be summarily rejected with a warning. Submitting a second edited speed run video will result in a site ban.
>
> For now, place a link to the speed run on your YouTube channel in the ‘Content’ field, or a link to the video on a file hosting service in the ‘Speed Run Link’ field of the Submission Form.
