Hello everyone,
I was wondering if any one knows where i can find information about what the fastest recorded flag cap in halo 5 is i have searched google for an answers but cant seem to find any place that has statistics like that. I recorded a clip of a flag capture on CTF Truth in ranked Team Arena in the first 30 seconds of the game. then immediately wondered if it was even possible to cap the flag quicker than that. i showed CarcinagenSDA the clip which now lead me here trying to seek out the answer. where is the source of statistics like this kept? i don’t see anything about this type of thing Speed Demos Archive or on Speedruns .com if anyone has any information on this kind of stuff and could help me out that be great
There isn’t anything I know of, mostly stuff just between people who look for the fastest ways to get the flag across the map.
The fastest solo Truth cap I know of is around 10 seconds, and the fastest co-op I know of is around 7.5 seconds.
Other than that I don’t know any.
is there a way i could get a hold of a moderator of the forums or a community manager to help me verify if there is a faster flag capture in a official Ranked Team Arena Match?
Because im thinking about publishing the clip and WR will be in the title if i cannot find any evidence of someone with a legit faster flag cap
im not worried about how fast someone can cap a flag in a custom game
343 employees are likely to be the only people who would know aside from someone who actually has a faster time. Considering how many matches happen in TA, I’d avoid self-proclaiming a world record especially if it’s against bunch of low level players that no one cares about, but that’s just me. Not finding evidence doesn’t mean that it didn’t happen.

i agree to some what with the comment about lower level players but that’s kinda why i’m looking into this as much as possible before uploading the clip although if u have ever played H5 some of these high platinum and diamond players are significantly good everyone is super sweaty now adays
most speed runs in halo normally only involve campaign but i have seen stuff about Fastest warzone game and things like that

Sadly it wasn’t in a real game.

Before the original Team Arena with ground pound was removed you could cap the flag on Coli in about 10 seconds.
my in game clock was 11:30 apon the score changing in the bottom right corner. i’m very aware it could of been captured faster in customs with no worries or obstacles in the way Thank you for everyone’s input

Very hard to do in MM, I think it can be faster though.

Fastest off the start in MM I’ve ever got was around 20 seconds. Would still love to see that clip
