Fast Track Tac Package

Does it have an effect in Spartan Ops, or can I go back to my Shielding package or anything more useful.

From what I’ve noticed, It does take place as long as you use the particular loadout that you assigned it to.

Except for Episode 6 Chapter one. We don’t get our loadouts then so no fast track.

I only asked because I didnt see any real increase in xp when I put it to work in mission 3 tonight. Still netted about 15k between playing and double xp.

It adds about an extra 1,000ish xp to a Spartan Ops game for me. That’s not terribly much, but if you’re playing all five missions anyway, it’s like having getting the points for two SWAT matches without having played them. Using it over the course of months will be the xp equivalent of having played many full games, so it’ll add up in the long run.

You need to use it the entire game to get the full amount of around 1400 xp. In game time matters too, any game over 8 mins will get you that amount and no dbl xp does not come into play with it.

Well I knew about double xp not working. I’m just going to assume that any double xp tokens pretty much will null out Fast Track.

I’ve used Fast Track with the double XP. I think what Stitch Jones76 meant is that your Fast Track points aren’t doubled. As you know, when the Spartan Ops mission finishes you get the two point totals and they’re added together for your overall score. When you have the double XP codes, you get the third number representing your double points. If you have Fast Track enabled as well as your double XP, it goes in the previous order and then you get your 1,400 xp. It’s still extra points, they’re just added in after the doubling.
