What do you think about farming and joining games late. Personally, I hate when people just hold you inside the core room and wait until like 900 points to kill you. It is so annoying to play against because I never get fireteams of more than 4 people and if they have 6 man fireteams of good people then you can’t do anything. Joining games late is dumb. It is the worst part about this game. Once I joined a game at around 500 points. Another time I joined a warzone firefight match with 10 seconds left. I think you shouldn’t be able to join games of warzone if the enemy team has anymore than 300 points. Warzone firefight you should join at the start of a new round

- JIP is a necessary annoyance because others are annoyingly quitting games (or, annoyingly to them, being disconnected). It’d be worse for the team left over when it’s not their fault if someone quits. I hate JIP with a passion but I recognize it’s necessary.
Warzone is a constant flow of “player left, player joined”. Once one team gets a decent lead on the scoreboard or gets a triple cap then the losing team starts losing players quickly. It’s not uncommon to have over half you team leave and be replaced. If there was no joining games, most warzone matches would be 12v4 or worse at the end.

I completely agree with both. It is so aggravating when you get a little behind and have half the team leave, then when people join and see how bad their team is doing, they ALSO leave. I am not sure how the banhammer works, but I wish it did a better job banning people who leave while understanding the difference between knowingly quitting early vs. being disconnected.
I get why people leave though. The req imbalance can be overwhelming after about the 7-8 minute mark. Once that snowball gets rolling you know you are going to lose and you have to decide if you want to spend another 10-15 minutes avoiding banshees, snipers, etc. Warzone needs help right now. It’s fun to use some reqs and stuff, but going into a warzone match caring about winning is a recipe for rage. There needs to be some way to have more balance later in the game.
