Fans who bought Collectors and Console FOTUS

So long story short I purchased the Halo 5 collectors edition on the 20th and started my download so I could be prepared for the game, then a few days later received my Halo 5 Xbox One and realized that the Collectors edition didn’t come with the FOTUS armor and emblem.

I don’t know why they did it this way but the codes are bundled into one instead of seperate so now I’m unable to obtain my FOTUS set without using two game codes unnecessarily. Is there anyway that a 343 rep could look into a solution for maybe those people that spent $650 in getting just a FOTUS code. Thanks in advance for any help or feedback!

That’s weird, my Fotus code was separate from the game download code… Check inside of the metal case of the Console bundle, a slip should be in there for the Fotus download!

I don’t know why I never saw it to begin with but I looked for it after I saw your post and was able to locate a seperate code, thanks for your response it really helped me out :slight_smile:
