Fan made Halo game[WIP]

Hi,

I have spend the last couple of days creating(or would the right term be recreating?) a old project of mine; a Halo project. It is in the very early stages(especially graphics and animation wise), but code/programming wise it is going pretty good. I am creating everything myself except the art assets, that is not my department, so I download them.

I would like for you to see the game. If you want to give it a try, open this link in a new tab:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/53719807/Demo/WebPlayer.unity3d

You will have to load the link or else it won’t work for you. When the page turns white/blank(On Google Chrome the tab will be called “untitled” or “New tab”. Let it load for 30 seconds to be sure(it may not take that long, but for safeties sake). Now close the tab, the game should be ready for initialization so open this link in a new tab:

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/53719807/Demo/WebPlayer.html

And the game should be loading. I promise the links are safe.

I would like to know what you think about it, any bugs or anything? There isn’t really any gameplay yet, but you can drive a vehicle, shoot your weapons, pick up weapons, shift weapons(1 and 2 key) throw grenades(TAB key), zoom(RMB) and such.

Everything is not in fully-working shape, most in this project is in the “proof of concept stage”, and there are some obvious bugs/oversees.

(This project is only a learning-project, it will not be sold commercially).

EDIT: I updated the links to a new build, and the links should work now.

Thank you.

Could you upload some pics of ur game?

Well, there isn’t much to show. At its current stage it is only a grey small scene with only boring models and such. It is more a demonstration of mechanics(you know, programming).

If you wan’t to see the game you could play it yourself(unless you are having problems of course :P)

It should be working now, hopefully :P.
