343 isn’t doing that. They claim to prevent you hiding it better the next time. In reality, they just don’t care and often have no clue what they are doing^^

Looking at your recent games, I’m a little torn. Some games you go negative against diamonds, but then you have a slayer game going 33:10 against one onyx 1697 and one 1622? Winning a game with a teammate going -12 and another -7 ? Sorry, but this doesn’t look right.

For me this looks like clever use of cheating to get to onyx. Some games look just really odd.
Overall COLD5H0T’s stats look similar to n Fish n’s and I know he’s not a cheater from playing together.
Similar accuracy, ranks, K/D spreads, etc. It’s almost certainly salty players. Though the ban after underperforming in 4 matches after nit playing for 9 months is odd.
Why are we even talking about ranked? I dont play ranked at all right now. I do not consider myself reqdy to push for onyx as my time is minimal. The ban came from quickplay reports and specificaly swat. I am on mnk and it is a mode where you can hard carry your team solo and thats why i love it. People who lose to me report me. Due to how sbmm works i am put with bad teamm8s and i try to carry them. Sometimes even getting 40 kills and still losing. Thats where i believe i got reported from.
Just imagine not cheating coming here to warn people about my situation and make known that reporting can be abused by people who cant accept a loss only to have people blame me for cheating instead. Its kind of funny and sad at the same time but as i said i expect the worst in these forums. Had 343 implemented battleye or a decent eac people wouldnt have the power to abuse reports and falsely ban deticated players.

Just looking at your stats in tactical slayer and other modes. Due to sbmm, you going constantly with a K/D of 3 or even more shouldn’t happen. You should get matched with people similar to your skill but you are stomping people. Going 38:6 may happen once or twice, but in almost every game? Looks fishy.
Mint Blitz made a video about people getting banned only due to the amount of reports and I think 343 said they don’t do that anymore. I’ve no idea if they have any evidence to back up the ban.
All I’m saying is this: your stats look suspecious and if I would have to guess, I’d say you are using cheats. Would I report you? Probably not. Do I think it is a good thing you are banned? Maybe.
What do you expect? Cheaters ALWAYS say they aren’t doing anything wrong. What you say is pretty irrelevant, only thing that counts are facts in form of stats. And as I said, they ain’t looking right TO ME. I’ve no idea on what 343 based the ban.
So not playing for 9 months any ranked games and coming after such long time without warm up underperforming on mnk against controllers when playong on 160 ms due to low population is odd?
Rank means nothing in swat. Swat requires a different skillset. Precision and sound awareness are much more important than in any oyher mode. In og halo 3 swat used to have a specific ranked mode. Not everyone in onyx is good at swat. And as i said swat is the only mode where mnk has the advantage. Its my best mode and know how to consistently play well since i dont have to rely on my team and its also the place i encounter the most cheaters since its the mode were hacks have the most impact since headshots matter.
Thanks, I know how SWAT works. Your arguments are nice, but you didn’t touch the matter of sbmm. Maybe 343 loosened it that much that you encounter low plats all the time but in general, I’D see you don’t go +20 almsot every game just by sound awareness and M/K. ;D
Anyway, as I suggested from other: open a support ticket and if 343 (what they probably will do) ain’t clarifying the ban, move on to another game or leave it be.
Mnk should be better then controller in everything = justification to gets hacks
Plays mode that gives most advantage of hack = wow, im super good at mode
Claims best mode = really good at this mode due to my skill and not the hack that im using because controllers have too much advantage and I’m setting things right.
Openly admits cheaters in mode = yet continues to play in THAT mode.
Gets temp banned for cheating = cheat? Who me? Never, look at my stats that can in no way be influenced. I’m just good. I’m OG.

You aren’t coming on here trying to warn anybody, you cheated, got caught and now are just here to try and throw shade at 343 and create a conspiracy up why you’ve been banned and play victim for your own actions.
Its pointless even talking to you. If you are good at the game just know what goes around comes around. The way you treat a falsely banned player is discusting. To anyone blaming me for cheating keep doing so i just dont care anymore. Just for one second try to put yourself in my shoes and imagine how you would feel if you were falsely banned and coming here and receiving even more accusations instead. None even thinks what its like to be the other person. The damage done to me is permanent because since i dont cheat and got falsely banned in the first place whats to say it wont happen again. I cant know i am safe or how to prevent it . Even after the ban ends. I will always be scared of playing well or tilting a player on the other team and getting reported.
If you were banned, you’re probably going to have to file a ticket with 343i to see if you can get it over turned or not. I don’t believe there’s really anything else you can do.
How do you explain this happens extremly rare? I mean, people get stomped all the time and I’m pretty sure people report thos players. Why do you think ot happened to you? Don’t you see any connection to your extraordinary stats?
Again: what do you expect us to say? There are two things on the table. Your word you don’t cheat and some very fishy looking stats.
On the other hand: why would anybody cheat in social?^^
Honestly if it were me I’d heed what PilotX4702 said earlier. Maybe time to move on.
Unfortunately when we play these games, in spite of how much we spend, there is always the agreement that they can terminate at their discretion. It’s in their EULA.

You went 9 months without playing a single game. Not one. From Feb to Nov, nothing.
You log on, got banned for a month and are now acting like this is an injustice to the community as a whole.
You went 9 months! A month should be nothing to you. Why the protest? Cause you were hacking and you’re on their radar. You’re advantage is gone.
This doesn’t impact you from playing the game whatsoever. Make a temp account, and play to your heart’s content. In a month, you’ll have your old account back and lesson learned. Don’t use cheats and you’ll be fine.
But question to the community, didn’t they update arbiter in the past 9 months? I vaguely recall something about that.
If so, it’s possible our boy here got caught in that little net and it isn’t even someone reporting him, the arbiter system picked up on his hack the second he turned it on and banned him.
But you are not being matched with people of similar skills (at least not in social). The SBMM is not very strong and only tries to get the total strengh of the teams about the same (and not doing a good job at that either). This makes it so very skilled players are often matches with (very) weak players and face of average players that are better then that player’s teammates, but still way worse then that player. So a very skilled player that plays a lot of social matches can definitely have a high k/d, especially if he/she plays on playlist that are not that populated or in regions that are not that populated.
They dont understand. Sbmm takes into account the whole team. At the matches i do well my team does bad. Since the game balances the teams overall my team is bad but i am better individualy than my opponents. In swat where individual skill matters most it is more viable to carry your team hence my high kill games. Since none on my team is getting kills i have more opportunity to kill them myself

You are right. That would be the case if i was cheating but since i am not here is the problem. I dont know how i got banned or the reason. I have no way of fixing anything since all i did was play the game and sweat. Now even if i get unbanned i will never know if i will get banned again. I am permanently stained by this ban and will always worry that i will get banned if i do well or if i tilt some random person on the enemy team. On the other hand bans for cheats should be permanent. You ruin the game for everyone involved and waste everyone’s time. I DID NOT CHEAT! Get that through your head if only for a second and understand the terrible possition i am in.
why are you looking at ranked games??? I do not play ranked nor it is the reason for the ban. I got banned because of reports on qp threats people made after beating them. What do you mean recent games? Those matches are almost a year old! I have played for almost a year after that and got banned yesteday because people dont like losing.
sbmm takes into account the whole team. I can have terrible teammates and above average enemies but still be better than them individualy. If you take a look at the swat matches almost every time i did well my team did bad. Thats how skill based matchmaking works. Ofcourse you can stomp people in swat solo. Thats why i like it. Because i dont have to rely on my team.
