Fallback Hopper for almost a month!

I have been in one of the fallback hoppers for more than three weeks now. I am not joinable and my rank is displayed as sr1. If I go to Spartan Hub it shows my true rank of sr79. Also challenges are unavailable. Also cannot use modified loadouts in matchmaking. I believe it happened soon after attempting to enter a “CLASSIFIED” code. GT mattb04

  1. Delete it from hard drive.
  2. Redownload.
  3. If problem persists, try deleting and clearing cache.
  4. Redownload.
  5. If problem persists, report it in that one thread for bugs (can’t find it, see this is why I’m not a mod).

I’ve been working with @xboxsupport and have done all of this. They reffered me here.

I am confident that everything that could have been done on my end has been taken care of. If anyone at 343 suggests anything I will be more than happy to try at this point.

Come on someone, please get me back onto the main server! There has to be someone out there reading this that can actually do something about it. This has been going on for nearly a month! I have the day off tomorrow and would like to enjoy some gaming time. Right now I don’t have custom loadouts, there is an EXP cap for how much I can receive, and it is just not as enjoyable as it should/can be. I’ve been patient for a while at this point. Just… Help me out… Please…

I’ve been posting about this problem for a while. In these forums,Xbox forums, and numerous twitter accounts. If there is any other way to contact anyone regarding this problem please let me know.

Just to let anyone who is seeing this know, I am not sure if the “CLASSIFIED” code had anything to do with it or not. I just remember fooling around with that stuff a while back, but this issue has been going on for so long it is tough to recall if it did in fact happen at the same time.
