I bought Halo 5 Digital Deluxe Edition. It’s about 5:30 AM CST on the 27th, and I was going to watch Halo the Fall of Reach via the Halo Channel app on my iPad. Well I did get to watch Act 1 with no problems. When I go to watch Act 2 or 3 it says, “You must purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition, Limited Edition, Limited Collector’s Edition, or the Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5; Guardians Bundle to access.”
The thing is I did buy the Digital Deluxe version from the Xbox store. It was $89. It let me watch the first episode. I also tried the iPhone version of the app too. It doesn’t work there either.
UPDATE: About 20 minutes later. It is working perfectly fine now. I tried watching it on the Xbox One version of the Halo channel, and it worked. Then I decided to try again on the iPad, and it works there too now. I didn’t do anything different, but it works.
