Why aren’t the characters from fall of reach in the Universe Tab, is the Fall of reach game not canon?

Both Halo: Reach and the book Fall of Reach are canon. The Universe Section is contently expanding, so I wouldn’t worry about it to much. 343 will probably add them over a few months.
