343 industries why won’t my Fall of reach animated series work. I ordered the limited edition so I could watch the series but every time I try to play any video on the halo channel it gives me a THATS NOT RIGHT POP UP please retry again. This happens every time. It happened with halo nightfall as well. (Which I never got credit for watching all episodes) because I was forced to watch it on YouTube. Is there a way to fix this? I would like to get what I paid for.
They, are going though a few issues. I think right now :(.
It’s happing to me too. I can’t watch Fall of Reach and when I got the MCC, I could watch nightfall but now I cant. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the Halo Channel, Fall of Reach and Nightfall and still get the that’s not right pop up.
