Falcons for halo 4

after examining this photo I saw that the falcon will be appearing in halo 4. it makes sense they werent to overpowered in reach unlike the hornet in 3 which could only be taken down by rockets or a good plasma shot. Though I hope they do look a little advanced in this one in reach they looked like a rust bucket with fans on top.

in edition it also appears that the scorpion and the wraith will also return

Yeah this is pretty old news, but still good news nonetheless. Although I hated Reach, I fell in love w/ the Falcon. Warthog of the Sky, FTW!

I just wish they would add a passenger seat for objective carriers.

Having both the hornet and the falcon could he cool.

Im glad the falcons coming back, its a great way to quickly get around the map, and really a great weapon with a good pilot and some competent gunners.

I really hope 343i don’t redesign the Falcon like they did with the Pelican. The Halo Reach Falcon just looks awesome, what a great looking chopper.

This. It would also make more sense. The Falcon had propellers, the hornet had advanced technology. They need to bring the hornet back ALSO.

I really hope the falcon will look like this.

But it already looks like that…

Meaning it should STILL look like that in Halo 4

I hope we get at least one passenger seat. so what if some noob with a laser or rocket gets an overkill.

All I want is for them to replace the hornet with the Sparrowhawk because it’s better than the hornet in terms of mobility while the firepower can be whatever 343 chooses. But according to the wiki it won’t happened due to problems with the propulsion system which caused it to be replaced by the hornet, but who’s to say they couldn’t have fixed them by replacing them with jets similar to those on the hornet. Or they could use it’s supposed spiritual successor the Skyhawk.

I agree these should be in the game

It should look pretty similar but not the exact same.

But didn’t the UNSC take it out of service because the Hornet was so much better? If so, then there should be the Falcon and the Hornet in Halo 4. It wouldn’t make sense otherwise.

There should be some noticeable changes as it’s a while in the future.

Here’s my idea for custom games and forge:

> Expect an improved falcon, this is what I have suggested many times before:
>
> I think in falcons, you should be able to go into the item properties and edit:
>
> Turret type: Grenade launcher/Standard turret.
> Number of passengers: 0/1/2/3.
> Pilot turret: On/Off.
>
>
> This’d allow for 6 people, pilot included, to be transported in the air in one vehicle. Very efficient indeed. Great for custom games and it’d be a worthy replacement of the pelican. :stuck_out_tongue:

Actually the Falcon was old technology when Reach fell. I would hope that any aircraft in Halo 4 would be at least as advanced as the Hornet.

I would want something like a falcon, but modernized. What I mean is,still have the 2 guns on the side+pilot seat but with new technology at least like hornet.

I like Falcon but I really hope that Hornet makes return as well if they manage to balance it.

It is darker as you see and much more smooth. Reaches was sharp and rusty green. It should advance a little but then that would be good.

They ought to have proper passenger seats so people can stop asking about Pelicans. Some more maneuverability to make it more enjoyable for the pilot would be good too. I respect good Falcon pilots but I just can’t do it.

I don’t mind driving around Warthog gunners but something about piloting the Falcon in multiplayer feels incredibly tedious.

Firstly I didn’t say anything about the Falcon.
Second then slap on some jets and it’ll be like a mini pelican with whatever I said to be a more mobile/weaker version. We’ll use land vehicles as an explanation to what I’m trying to say.
Sparrowhawk or Skyhawk=Brute Chopper: Fast and agile but it only fire in one direction with weapons you control.
Falcon=Brute Prowler: Slower and less agile but when full could be really powerful because it has multiple people shooting in different directions and the damage output could be really high if everyone had rockets.
