I purchased the Halo Map Pack in Dec 2012 for Halo 4. I was able to download the Crimson Map successfully. Now that the Majestic Map is out I am unable to download it. When I log into xbox live and Halo 4 I get a message: “Unable to Validate” and a message about needing to buy the Map Pack. Xbox live support walked me through clearing my cache. This did not solve the problem. I paid for the Map Pass. How do I gain access to it, or as a last option, how do I get a refund for services not rendered?

When you say Halo map pack do you mean the season pass or the Single map pack? Was it 2000 or 800 msp?
The 2000 msp season pass.
have you tried redownloading the season pass? can be done in your download history
I got my problem fixed.
I purchased the season map pack, activated the code, but did not follow through as the process was intended.
I had a misunderstanding. When downloaded the crimson map pack I was downloading a free trial version. At this point I thought I had activated my Season Map Pack.
I actually had not. I needed to go to the market place and spend the 2000 points I got with the the map pass and purchase the map pass from the XBox live market place. I did not realize you spend the points you get by buying the season map pass to purchase the market place season map pass. Once I spent the 2000 points on the map pass I am now able to download the current content.
The problem was my misunderstanding. Thanks for the help.
