So after spending all day yesterday making sure that the master chief collection loaded, I try to start up the game. However whenever I do I get a message on my screen that says I need to check my connection. It goes on to say that I need to be connected to xbox live in order to start Halo mcc, but here’s the big punchline. I am connected to xbox live!
Now the other thing I’m not sure makes a difference or not is the fact that this is a digital download, and not an actual disc. I have dragon age inquisition on disc and it works just fine.
So does anyone know what the issue is and how it can be solved?
I had the same issue, I did a hard reset of the xbox and it seems to be working. (Hold xbox button on xbox itself for about 10 secs until it turns off, unplug from power for 3 minutes and plug back in and turn on with controller)…
