My friends and I have just played two games in a row of war zone firefight where at the end of the match instead of the carnage report we got a message about unable to retrieve information at this time and we got credited with neither our Xp or rp points from the matches.
understandably we’re not very happy especially as one friend only bought the game today on our recomendation, he’s wondering why now. This is not the first time things like this have happened, occasionally not a problem, regularly IS! It needs sorting asap.
Yeah I am getting it in arena as well. Even after a hard reset. Guess they are having issues.
Good to know we’re not the only ones. Thanx for info, we were going to give arena a go instead, I think we’ll do co-op campaign instead lol
It has become a rather frequent problem but it’s being looked into.
A recent update was made, where they implented a tool to allow them to record all server related data.
As for the lack of XP and RP, i have experienced it to come later, so it might just be delayed for now.
I am going to stick with arena. It’s FIESTA time
