As they are no longer taking submissions for HORSE until a web version of the File Share system is up, I don’t believe that they are taking submissions for Fails of the Week, either.

FotW isn’t taking submissions, I think, but there’s always GameFails! You can upload your clips here. If you don’t have a way of capturing the clip to your computer’s (not your Xbox’s) hard drive, unfortunately, there is no way to upload it.
