Hi there um im wodering if anyone can help me with this issue. ive just recently brought halo 4 and it keeps saying that failed to write profile. meaning it wont let me save or anything. ive updated it still nothing. ive reset my xbox 360 but it doesnt work. ive deleted everything in ive got of halo 4 but still nothing. i tried installing the second disk for the multiplayer but it still didnt solve it.can anyone help me with this issue so i know how to fix it thanks.
I believe that removing and re-downloading your Xbox Live account to your 360 should fix this problem. Xbox Live Support has a page to help you out with that
