is anyone else stuck at having 99 of the 100 season 1 tiers unlocked but whenever they rank up you dont get a point to unlock tier 100? this is happening to me and even after leveling up a few times still no point, im really frustrated cuz all I need to finish my reach spartan to look how I want it too is blue flame. I submitted a support ticket but its been a few days and nothing has happened.
(edit) I have MCC on both xbox and PC on the same live account and ive tried leveling up on both, no luck
