So, I just bought the game(Turned 17 today) And I cannot play the campaign, AT ALL. It says Failed to load content, a layer may be missing downloadable content…

Maybe you need to install the second disc?

The second disk downloading helped! I have no idea how, but it did!! Thank you so much!!
EDIT: While it was downloading, it stopped, and said failed again… Anymore suggestions???
WHY WON’T ANYONE HELP ME?!
I had similar issue with DISC 2 install so if I were you, go to Infinity, then war games then click on download content from Xbox Live instead of disc 2 if your disc 2 refuses to install those contents.
It has already downloaded disc 2, it just won’t download the first mission…
Keep in mind- when your disc 2 stopped at installing the contents, it corrupted your (content) file in Halo 4 file system in HDD which it means that you need to remove corrupted file then install Disc 1 THEN go to War Games and download it from Xbox Live, it only includes MP since installing Disc 1 gives you 1.5 gb of Spartan Ops and 7.3 gb of stuff.
So do same way as I am doing now. It’s 40% at xbox live download page.
It never stopped though, that’s the problem.
