Hey so i have called microsoft about this a few times no one has been able to help me ive tried contacting 343 directly about it so now im om the forums. Ive been trying to get the ledendary anniversary achievement for awhile now but thing is ive completed the campain on legendary 3 times, 1 with no skulls, 2 with all skulls, amd a 3rd time with just the bandana and scarab gun skull active. Can someome help me out with my problem.

According to your Service Record you did not complete a single campaign. You should check which missions you are missing. I know that I you may have completed them, but it appears that you progress have not been saved.
Have you completed them whilst offline?
