Need to try factory reset on Xbox. Keep getting IP error messages when testing connection even though Internet is working for every other device with brief cutouts.
Will these delete everything permanently, or is all the progress saved on Cloud (ex- HW2 data, Warframe data, etc)? Wouldn’t lose my DLC and stuff, would I?
Factory reseting your xbox will wipe your xbox of all content meaning you will lose all saves for everything. You would then have to redownload all of your content from the market place, so your Games, DLC, Season passes ect. From what your saying it sounds like you should restart your modem and router first and see if that solves your problem

Play with your internet before your Xbox. Factory reset will probably only hurt you more than help you.
If you are going to restore your console, first turn off your internet, then do it. Sometimes a security copy is save on the cloud, or it don’t count it, I wouldn’t know how to explain it.

Did. Actually bought a new router and that fixed it. The thing has 8 antennas.
Had been messing with the internet for awhile, so I figured it was my Xbox.

Yay! I had to buy a new router not too long ago too. If you pony up for one of those bad boys, you’ll get good results.
