> Hello everyone, I’m a normal, average forumgoer. But after only watching brief gameplay videos and having absolutely no hands on experience of the game, I understand what will be overpowered and what needs to be fixed, months before the game’s release.
We honestly don’t need another thread like this. Tension are high enough, lets not start fights.
> Certain weapons will be overpowered because I saw a BR not kill someone in five shots, even if some of the bullets actually missed, since I know nothing about the damage of every other gun in the game, it must be underpowered, I would know because I’ve watched 5 minutes of footage.
BR has been confirmed a five shot kill. Same with DMR and the carbine is seven shot. The two latter shoot and kill faster than the BR, so these are valid concerns.
More than five minutes have been seen. We have got full games from both Elamitewarrior and Neighbor.
> Also, Master Chief’s armor being different will ruin the whole game because since he is not in multiplayer that means that multiplayer Spartans aren’t cannon and BR is underpowered.
How does what you just said make sense? I know your mocking someone else but noone else has said that. They didnt like the new art style, sue them.
> Also, because I saw some reused gun models and character animations from Halo: Reach, that also means that the BR is underpowered, even though I have not played the final model and found out if they are placeholders, they make the BR weaker and affect Master Chief cannon.
Once again, I realise this is a troll thread but noone has stated that. Infact, its the same BR animatio from halo 2 (although people don’t realise that)
[uote]Also, because there’s no Firefight, that means everything else in the game including the entire Campaign, Spartan Ops, Multiplayer, BR, and Forge are underpowered because not having one thing affects my expectations of the entire game because I watched some MLG gameplay.

Serioisly, If you are going to mock someone, at least do it with a sensible argument style.
> In all serious, fellow Halo fans, what I posted was a parody based off of some people’s actual expectations of the entirety of Halo 4, it’s simply insane that people jump to such conclusions. One forum post said they are refusing to buy the game because there’s a jetpack involved??? Now I can’t say that this game will be good or bad, but from the trailers my expectations for this game are pretty high, it looks good and SEEMS to have the Halo feel running for it.
Its not insane. There are perfectly valid concerns regarding kill times and armor abilities in this game. Of the gameplay we have watched, we are perfectly allowed to comment on items we see as unfit. For example promethean vision is stupid overpowered and gives far longer range than it should. It will not be balanced for competitve play and I can say that with a high degree of certainty.
The BR kills less people at a slower time with one mag than both the DMR and the Carbine, and whether or not its the final build doesnt matter, we are commenting on what we see as wrong in our eyes based on the knowledge we as people have on competive gaming. As it stands, anyone with a degree of skill with the DMR WILL kill faster than the person with the BR because the DMR shoots faster, meaning it doesnt matter the range if they are a good shot. The DMR will also kil three people per mag as will the carbine, the BR will only kill two.
Graphics don’t define the quality of a game. I find COD for wii to be more fun than the other consoles becuase it takeks quite a bit more skill to move and aim than the other consoles, leaving moabing or nuking to be extremely difficult. The wii has terrible graphics, but higher gaming quality. Certainly the game looks good, but go bakc and play halo 2. Compaired to reach, halo 2 looks terrible, but it plays so much better.
> VERISIMILITUDE is appearance versus reality, please don’t make rash judgements on a game that APPEARS to be good/bad until you experience the REALITY of playing it.

> Have a fantastic day everyone!
We can still make a semi accurate judgement based on gameplay given and faults we see and hope to correct anything that could be harmfull before the release of the final build.
That is all.
