I honestly do not know what to do. Every game I play is a lag fest. My connection is really good so I know that is not the problem. No issues ever with Reach, COD, or BF3. When I play LOL I have a ping of around 50. It is not my internet or router so don’t give me that.
I lag all over the place. Instantly die because I can’t see anything. Continually lose 1v1’s when I have a clear advantage. Get stuck on the respawn screen. Kill cams are so far off its infuriating when I watch them. It is unbearable. 343i please come forward with some sort of statement. I know I am not the only one experiencing this.
The game is unplayable for me which is a shame because it is a lot of fun. I know a lot of you are going to respond you get zero lag and I get that. Not everyone is experiencing what me and others are. But you have to understand how infuriating this situation is.
I have set my router to manual, opened everything up, still, nothing. I honestly don’t know what to do. My internet is actually very good and I figured I might be getting hit with lag compensation which punishes people for having good internet when someone else is a bad host. To compensate this I put on two separate streams at the same time to lower my bandwidth. This actually helped a little bit for a while but this cannot be the only solution. Please help. Even people also complaining about the same situation helps.
I experience lag myself, but not to the extremities that you’re going through. Have you called your internet provider about the situation? If not, do so and they might help you on the situation. If so, then I truly have nothing to say. That and maybe lag switchers.
