I’m trying to figure out how to get these. I’m pretty sure I saw someone with the Halo 2 logo on theirs. Is it like Bungie in halo 2 where you go to the site and unlock it?

That’s Chamomile aka the -Yoink!- emblem. It is available in H5. I think it is in req packs. Don’t remember how I got it.

It’s uncommon and can indeed be obtained from req packs.

I see what you did there. 
req packs
That’s the -Yoink!- emblem you can get it in silver packs. I think. Nothing special really about it.
You mean Chamomile emblem?
You can unlock it by opening REQ packs and that’s pretty much it.

The BR55 emblem is an Uncommon emblem. Get it through Silver Packs.

BR55 Emblem
All emblems have another type of emblem on the far right side. I know I didn’t notice that either for quite some time.
