I have Halo Spartan Assault on my Xbox 360 (completed 100%); and just purchased it on my Windows 8.1 I found out I synced my game data and it reads 90/90 Challenges completed, but will not unlock my Extra Credit Achievement because I got all of the Challenges done on my 360 it didn’t give me it on my Windows 8.1… Please help how do I unlock an Achievement I already have?
By The Way… It did give me other Achievements I had unlocked on my Xbox 360 right away.

Complete a weekly challenge, it will then unlock the achievement.
