I have played Halo for many many years, and the one thing I love to do is get exterminations. I have received a far share of exterminations from h2 on, but in MCC and even now in H5 it seems like it was overly difficult to get.
I have had numerous games in H5 where I have gotten an overkill or more, killing the entire team w/in the “4” seconds, and have not seen this medal yet. I received a few in the beta, but not actually in H5 yet.
Have you received an extermination or know some that has? Or is this medal broken?
If you kill the entire enemy team in Breakout, you get an Extermination medal.

You also get an Medal for surviving a 1v4 Encounter… if you’re the only guy left alive when you kill 'em all

That would be Superfecta. Got one, let me repeat, ONE. Never gonna get another.
I’m saying the Extermination medal is broken and unobtainable. The medal in Breakout for killing all 4 is called “Extinction.” With as many good players as there are out there, and even YouTube searches and Google searches comes up with NO Exterminations since the game’s release…I find that extremely hard to believe.
Just an hour ago, I got really lucky and got an OVERKILL + EXTINCTION + SUPERFECTA in a breakout round, and I also recorded it… but yeah, I agree an EXTERMINATION medal should be awarded in this situation. This is only my second superfecta, it is very hard to achieve this medal when you play with random people.
