Exploit on Viking

Hey all. Was playing BTB last night and ran into someone using an unfortunate map exploit on Viking. He had taken a banshee and sniper and flew behind the blue base way up on top of the snow. We then took our next banshee up to that location and discovered no kill barriers or soft kill barriers. Due to the distance from the ground it was impossible to shoot the sniper while he was up there and this seems like an unwanted map exploit. I will link a clip below

I’m not in position to view the video, but you may wish to post this here in the matchmaking bug thread. And give No god anywhere a heads up, it is his map.

Multiple maps have had this issue for ages.

Thanks guys, I posted in the matchmaking thread and sent a message to no god anywhere. I know lots of maps have bugs and exploits but if we don’t report them there is zero chance they get resolved.

This map is still in BTB? I never saw it and I’ve got around 100-150 btb matches played :confused:

Yeah I would say I get it once every 100 matches and was ruined this time around by buddy reigning sniper down from the heavens.

I would go to "no god anywhere"s file share and bookmark it there. He made the map.

I’ve seen that spot used a few times. There are also some popular youtubers that have put some videos up utilizing that spot. I don’t really have a problem with it. I think it’s funny. You have to get the sniper and the banshee to get up there and you’ll run out of bullets eventually anyway. He can be sniped down as well.
