Its a bunch of power weapons and vehicles that are unlocked via bronze, silver, or gold packs. They can be used at a certain req level in war zone only, not arena. You gain req level by killing other enemy spartans, killing bosses, capturing enemy bases, and by assisting in kills. Remember, only in Warzone, can reqs be used.

Buy bronze packs until you get points and no unlocks. repeat for silver. repeat for gold.
Oh sure, now the REQ sweats start. I know there is only 2 minutes before I have to go to work, just one more match and I should have enough points to buy another gold pack!!

What is it you want to know?
What reqs are? Random weapons, armor, helmets, boosts, emblems, loadouts, vehicles, and power ups. These are either cosmetic or can be called in during Warzone, Warzone Assault, and Warzone firefight matches to help you and you team.
How to get them?
Redeeming points for req packs, completing commendations, leveling up or if you must spending actual money.
The best way to get all of them with the least time spent?
Get bronze packs until you have all the common unlocks, then silver until you receive 3000 req points back in return, then gold til you receive 6000 req points back in return.
