I was wondering if 343 has said anything about making games in between the main games like an ODST 2 or something else etc. I know they like the expanded universe like I do and I would love those games, I know their main focus will be on the Reclaimer Trilogy, but I was just wondering if 343 has said anything about it at all. Sorry if this has been brought up a lot, and thanks for the comments!
as far as i know, there are no plans for such a game at this time.
Nothing has been said yet, but I’m all for an ODST 2.
A game that deals with things like Noble Team before Reach or the events of certain novels like First Strike or Ghosts of Onyx would be awesome, too.
I wouldn’t mind a different game showing johnson’s acts on the original halo ring, fighting along side chief, what he did when he wasn’t with chief and how he got off the halo ring!
If 343i decides to make games along those lines I dont thing we will see them until the 720 is out. Halo 4 will be the last Halo for the 360.

I’m hoping for a full on Elite campaign at some point.
It doesn’t even matter which planet it’s on. Harvest, Reach, The Halo rings, Earth. It would also be nice if we played as one character rising through the ranks, eventually choosing a specialty class (honor guard, spec Ops, ranger, commando, councilor, etc)
I think in the short term 343 is going to work exclusively on the reclaimer trilogy. I think there are alot of fans overwhelmed with an annual release, and I think they will back off that for a little while. My guess is it goes 4 and 5 then maybe an additional game in the universe. Just guesses on my part. I am one who would like a wars sequel, or a RPG in the same vein as mass effect.
