I know this is probably getting posted about 18 times a day. But it needs to be repeated until 343 works it out.
I really cannot stress enough how bad and arbitrary this change is… No exp on match completion??? This hits me harder than no forge and co-op on launch.
Let me put it really simply:
Give me a reason to drop 10,000 hours into your game.
Do not give me a reason to log out because im literally finished all types of progression for that day/week.
No, just playing the game for “fun” isnt enough. You’ll get 30 hours out of it and burn out. I want a halo game that i can really sink some time into, we ALL do.
Give me a game that i can spend infinite hours on and still feel rewarded after every match. Give me a progression system that i can work through whether there is challenges or not.
And im sorry but unless there is literally 45 daily challenges every day, then im going to complete them all and log out fast. Weekly challenges will be completed in 1 or 2 days and seasonal challenges around 5 days or less depending on what it is. For context i completed “Brain Burst” in 2 and a half days. 500 headshots in 2.5 days. Yea cool “seasonal challenge”
I’m basing these times off MCC, but lets be real. How different are the challenges really going to be.
Then you factor in challenges that have some niche completion requirement that most people wont bother with and you now have a large chunk of exp missing forever. Guess you should have done your dailies chump…
I cannot stress it enough. DO. NOT. GIVE. ME. A. REASON. TO. STOP. PLAYING. THE. GAME. Please i beg. I know its a lot of math to re-work but im really NOT keen to play a game for essentially nothing most of the time.
