Used to be my favorite map in the game. Overplayed much? Is that the only BT map that anyone likes?

I hate to say it, but that is my favorite map.
I do recognize that it is played way too much though, and tend to vote for maps I’ve either payed very infrequently or not at all.
Doesn’t ever change the outcome though.
So I guess it’s a win-win for me.

I feel you, it’s a great map. But it’s to the point where I feel like BT might as well be called: Exile Infinity Slayer
I do not get how anyone could like playing Exile for more than one game. At any given time you have a warthog, a gausshog, a scorpion, a few ghosts, and a banshee. I like the vibrant green colors but the pieces on the map look unorganized and sloppy.
I like it but the map has way to much going on. Warthogs and tanks have very little space to work with making them very hard to use. In some of the other maps you can drive a little easier so you dont get emped but Exile just has so many hiding spots that i can sit there wait for you to drive by pop out and take you out. Its also the wrong map for the tank.

Those are some of the exact reasons I like the map.

That last sentence is the absolute truth, Exile is just way to small for the Scorpion to function properly. And add the fact that Rockets spawn close to Blue and they start with a Gauss Hog, good luck getting the Scorpion out of the garage that it’s in at the beginning of a match if your Red.
I love this map because it is the only one with a scorpion or a guass hog. nuf said

If you ike cluster -Yoinks!- of vehicle battles then why don’t you just play Twisted Metal?
Is it really popular? I don’t play BTB and Dominion is just a huge mess… But the few times I played Exile were ridiculous, the map is so badly unbalanced. First time I got the Gauss Hog I got a killtacular, two overkills and an invincible… It’s so lame.
Dont really like the asymmetric setup of this map. I dont like how one team spawns closer to the scorpion, while the other team spawns in front of a gauss hog. If the scorpion dies first, the gauss hog rapes everything, and vice versa. And then they throw a banshee to try to combat both, which almost always fails unless both are already dead, in which case it gets dmr spammed and dies anyways. Id take Ragnarok over Exile any day.

I did that once. A few weeks ago the killing spree was up as a challage and i managed to get the tank and get 25 kills but the spawn killing was up like man. We won because we had a 31-6 kill lead 2 min into the game

Not familiar with that game, but thanks. I’ll be sure to check it out.
I barely played Exile since the map pack has come out. When it does come up, Ragnarok is also a choice and people pick that instead.
They definitely need to look at rebalancing Exile with the vehicles though.
