Exile Unbalanced?

Does anyone else feel that Exile is unbalanced with the Blue team starting with a Gauss Warthog and the Red starting with a standard one?

I know there’s a tank, but whenever I’m in a game the tank doesn’t seem to make a difference as a lot of people use plasma pistols as a secondary. This means tanks are easily taken down but warthogs still have the use of their turrets.

The tank can use the turret as well when stunned. If red team doesn’t make an effort for tank spawn, its their problem.

The only thing I think is unbalanced is that blue gets a Gauss Warthog SO close to their spawn, and red has to haul -Yoink- for the ghost, which can EASILY be quickly camped by the Gauss .

The Gauss spawns in such a great location for kills, you don’t even need a driver, you are wide open at the bottom of the hill, but can just pick people off running for you from the top of the hill.

Exactly how long does it take for the tank to spawn?
It seems like it doesn’t spawn right when the round starts.

Blue team also has the advantage to grab banshee first. blue greater than red on exile

I have been saying this since day one. If both teams spawned with the same hogs I think it would be even, but blue side gets the hog and the gauss hog. It really isn’t fair to the red team if the the people who spawn on blue know what they are doing. Controlling that gauss hog in the beginning of the game is a instant win if done right.

It is completely unbalanced. 3 guys hop in gaus hog, head to tank and one shot everyone trying to get it, then steal it.

How is this remotely balanced.

It’s a huge problem that not enough people (imo) bring attention to. I never want to play Exile for this reason alone! Even If i’m blue team!

Yeah honestly its like BTB Slayer boneyard from reach for the red team.

The worst part about it as someone said before, even without driving it if you just hop in the turret you can stop anyone on red from taking the banshee and even there own ghost most times.

In all the games I am in grabbing the tank first is a suicide move, the thing gets coated with plasma the second it gets someone inside it. I usually don’t even see the tank leave its little “garage” until the 2nd or 3rd spawn.

Blue team is closer to the banshee and literally spawns right next to a gauss hog. THe scorpion is slightly closer to red team, but they have to fight for a vehicle, while the blues get them basically from the start.
