I really like the LOL badge, but I have no idea how to get it. I guess I have to say something funny or something. How do I unlock it?

There used to be a contest where you would caption Halo screenshots, and whoever came up with the funniest caption would get the badge. At least, I think that’s what it was - that contest has been dead for years.
