I have been playing Halo since CE. As a matter of fact it was my first dual analog game and my first multiplayer shooter. It’s been a great ride and I can’t wait to see what happens next. 343 Industries has really impressed me by listening to the community and making the big changes Halo needed. I still say that Halo is the best shooter period. I’ve played them all and none can compete with the tight strategic gameplay and amazing storyline. This game easily tops my list of anticipated games.
Alot of my friends call Halo a cash cow and have lost the faith, but the story is not done. There is too much to tell to call it quits. Amongst shooters today, Halo is the only one that continues to make game changing additions to each release. other shooters can’t say that. They are repackaged and renamed map packs with no soul. Halo has soul, it’s not just a game anymore. We are the minority that can see what we have here is something special.
COD and BF don’t even deserve to be in the same paragraph as Halo.

I too am excited about Halo 4, iv’e loved the series since the day i got CE (and played it to death!). Until i see a Beta for H4 multiplayer i remain a little worried about MP but for the campaign i have complete faith in that.
I see Reach as a cash cow and probably a test for the direction Bungie may want to go with their new IP’s Multiplayer, to me that was a huge letdown and for all it’s ‘innovation’s’ i see it as a huge step back (and far removed) from the core aspect’s of Halo.

My thoughts exactly…
I fell in love with this series bad. Hopefully H4 will bring back pride and population to the series. The story is definitely headed in the right direction (opinion) according to the books.

yes ! no other game and most movies have a story as deep and interesting then halo . I must agree with you on everything you said . COD and BF DONT EVEN DESERVE TO BE MENTIONED BECIDE THE NAME HALO ! Agreed Halo is the best and i can not wait for Halo 4!
