Since H2A and H4 share the same engine I could see 343 dropping those two together. Hopefully they also get H2C in eventually as well.

I would also like to see Firefight CGBs as well, with the enhancements I think that would be a good add as well. Maybe FF could also be tweaked to support more than 4 players as well. It would be interesting if we could have some kind of horde modes in Reach and ODST

A month, maybe two but yeah. I’m genuinely more interested in what’s coming to MCC than Infinite at this point.

I’m surprised Law’s End wasn’t included today. That’s the last Exchange item introduced this season that hasn’t been featured yet.

Surprising to see the Season 6 Seasonal Challenge rewards in the shop this week (can anyone post their prices? I already have them unlocked and can’t see their point cost.)

Here’s when the previous Seasonal Challenge Rewards appeared in the Exchange:

  • Season 6: the Season 2 rewards (gold Halo: CE skins) and Season 3 rewards (Buck / Romeo alternates) appeared.
  • Season 7: Season 3’s Buck / Romeo alternates appeared again, Season 5’s rewards appeared the week before last (Mister Chief, Hazard Pay Mongoose, Lucky Shot Battle Rifle.)
  • Season 8: Today (1/12/22) Season 6’s rewards (Another Sunrise, GEN2 Azure techsuit, Sword and Board) are available.

And we can see that next week marks the return of previous Exchange exclusives Black Rhine AR and Mongoose, and the Halo: CE Gold Shotgun Seasonal Reward again.

It looks like every Seasonal Reward has now been featured except Season 4’s Blood DMR and Blast Battle Rifle skins for Halo 4, Season 7’s rewards (likely too soon still), and Season 3’s Recon Slayer reward. As we all know there was backlash to the Avalanche skin’s inclusion in the store in the flight prior to Season 6.

I wonder if or when it may be added. It’s been over a year since the challenge (ending November 25, 2020) and we’re coming up on the year anniversary of the Exchange’s addition to MCC (Season 6 started on April 7, 2021)

The fact that Sword and Board is available is interesting, as its previous requirement was to win 25 ranked games. I think this could be an indication that previous competitive challenge rewards (Season 4 and 3’s Recon Slayer) could come to the store.

343 confirmed all seasonal rewards, competitive ones included, would be coming to the Exchange at some point. People can get mad at it all they want, won’t change the fact it’s still gonna happen.

Indeed. Hopefully Sword and Board’s inclusion today is a sign it will be sooner rather than later.

The Golden AR skin for Halo CE, and the ‘Quick Draw’ nameplate have never been in The Exchange.

For real. I’ve been dying to get the Blood DMR (which I think looks much better than the AR), and the avalanche sniper would be good to have, too.

110% agreed. The exclusivity of these items have more than run their course, and I say this as someone who unlocked the H4 DMR Blood skin when it was available forever ago. There’s no logical reason to keep them locked away from everyone else at this point.
