You were banned from earning XP because you were idling through games in Grifball yesterday and a few days ago. Yes, believe it or not, your entire Game History is here on Halo Waypoint for all of us to see.
Please do not idle through games. It’s unfair to other players in the match (especially your teammates) and ruins the experience for them.
From what I hear, the penalty for the first offense is 24 hours, so you should be able to earn XP again starting sometime tomorrow. Be careful, because the next offense will ban you from earning XP for a whole week.
