Evry body have a blue flaming helement

Not my :frowning:

Because you didn’t sign in to Waypoint on an iPhone/iPad or whatever when they did that. It was only available for a few days, if I’m not mistaken. Some sort of short period of time…

Actually, it was available for a month last year. Anyone could go on Bungie.net and claim it. The Star nameplate was the one for players with iPhones/iPods, and that allowed them to give it to 6 of their friends, too.

Trust me, you’re not missing out on much.

op is jelly of my flames.

It was a Bungie thing. Last July Bungie handed Halo over to 343. To commemorate this, they gave their fans access to their exclusive armor in Halo Reach, it was only a limited time offer and 343 already stated that they will not be releasing it again.

Agreed my friend.

To be honest I’ve never really seen the appeal of the armour effects. I mean sure, they look cool for about five minutes, but then the novelty soon wears off for most people, and it’s not like people really care any more whether you have the limited edition flames or the blue flames.

I only use the Blue Flames in Firefight once in a while, using it in MM just makes me an easier headshot target. TBH, I don’t understand the big deal people make over some pixels in a game. The proliferation of customizable skins/armor effects is extremely annoying. Why do people care if they have a purple gun with a ā€œspecialā€ unlockable outfit so much?

I have it, and the star plate thing (which i want to change to the bungie logo, how?) But it really is only cosmetic. It really makes me fell nostalgic. But don’t fret, even though 343 will not be giving it out again. It doesn’t change anything.

It was given during Bungie day
