I have purchased and pay for two of these pack and I have not received or opened one. Not happy each pack cost $13.45 I would like to know what you plan to do about this
Are you saying that you bought 2 Evil Geniuses HCS pro team REQ packs from the Microsoft Store, and that neither of your purchased packs have shown up?
Did you make your purchase via console or PC?
When did you make the purchase?
Have you checked your Unopened Packs on Waypoint?
Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox?
If a day goes by and your packs don’t show up, consider contacting Xbox Support for a refund. Since you didn’t get the items you paid for, a refund should be possible, though you may have to be insistent.
