So today/yesterday a friend of mine came over.
We sat down and completed the campaign since we didn’t have enough time last time (shutdow and onwards)
Then we sat down to play a “friendly” match.
We then noticed that the account he was using had been reset while mine on the otherhand had leveled 5? levels and bugged out most of the things.
I could equip the red visor, see the white/silverish visor, change stance from recruit to heroic and see the assassin stance, loadouts had also been reset, I could see all the specialization armors (I could not do that before), I also had emblem parts that was not seen on the list prior, at first when I tried to change my armor since it had been reset would not let me but when I exited it showed the changes.
Later I went onto my personal xbox (this one is a slim) and everything was back to normal except being SR1 and having everything reset… again only now none of my loadout points were back and it was basically a new user… help?
I have no idea what is happening thus why I’m here hoping to get some help of sorts or tips
I remembered that I remembered wrong, I was SR25 but there was still alot of things I had never seen before (red, white visor, assassin stance etc) I have read that some peopme have experienced problems similar to this one only without the buggy part. But I am have still gotten reset a afterwards to SR1.
As you can see here you are still indeed a SR25.
It sounds as if you’re just experiencing the Halo 4 reset glitch, it’s this odd thing that happens every once in a while that removes your armor/loadouts and deletes your campaign progress. Everything is saved on Waypoint so if you’ve completed the game on Legendary then you still have that - it just doesn’t say it on the game.
Sometimes the server also bugs out and says you’re a SR1 but it’s really nothing to worry about and usually goes away after a few minutes to an hour. All you need to do is be patient and fix your armor/loadouts back to how they were.
It doesn’t seem as if the glitch is going to be fixed anytime soon though, but it doesn’t happen often enough for it to be a massive problem. Let me know if that sounds like the issue you were having.
