Everything is gone. Reset.

I went to play Halo 3 last night, and immediately noticed that My campaign history has been deleted (I Completed the campaign on Legendary), and now it says i haven’t completed the campaign at all, nor any levels of it. I have lost all of my online armours, Including my Hayabusa. However, i have retained my Full Recon Armour. All my achievements have even reset, 0/79 completed, and i am unable to re-complete a single achievement? I spoke with microsoft support, they suggested i had been involved in misconduct, however the only time i had been banned from xbox live was close to 2-3 Years ago (for about a day or so) and i can’t even remember what this was for. I had completed Many Many achievements. And they’ve all been lost. And i can’t even gain one back.

Help?

P.s. It says on waypoint i have all the achievements, but on the xbox, xbox.com - i have zero completed

Have you tried deleting your profile from your hard drive and redownloading it?

I’ve never heard of a situation were one game had its achievements reset, it’s normally a full gamerscore reset.

I’ve Reset my cache - deleted and re-downloaded the profile - tried to reset Halo 3 Achievement history to at least let me gain my achievements back - Everything failed…

same thing happened to my with the campaign and achievements but i managed to get them back.
