I spent over 2 hours on the phone with a rep because my code was redeemed on the wrong account. After 2 hours of taking information, they told me there is nothing they can do and to post on the 343, and waypoint forums.

Yes because thats your own fault. You were given the code, and redeemed it. For others yes Xbox.com staff CAN help for those that havent redeemed the code.

Sorry, but you’re wrong. Xbox.com has nothing to do with the codes.
I redeemed the code on a wrong account because it was automatically logged into my main email address. Regardless of my problem, someone should be able to assist me.

Many have tried to get help and information on the codes but they seem to tell people to come here and ask 343 for help. Stupid thing is 343 doesn’t seem to be talking to anyone on here

And your wrong. Xbox has a list of all generated codes and all the used ones also. Only they can affect what is essentially a licence transfer of the data. No one at 343i can help you do that, because they DO NOT have access to your personal account data.

They can’t do anything regarding the codes, whether it be an email issue, sending a new code, transferring codes to other accounts, etc.

Posting on the xbox.com website regarding these issues is “pointless”

Reps on the fone are only t1, meaning they themselves cant do jack. Those mods in that forum and thread are higher tier support staff (t5 iirc) THEY CAN affect changes to accounts and sort out promo code issues. Ive had them help me in the past with promo codes I didnt get that I was supposed to
