Why won’t you search online for players? The XP is worth the lag IMO. Playing in Custom Lobby will only give you like 1k, with the same lag. Asking for players to join you is the same thing as searching for players in-game.

I won’t play spartan ops again in matchmaking! Only the host has the perfect connection while the others lag as hell… even though i wanna play it, because of that it takes my enjoyment away

I enjoy Spartan ops. I have played 9 days, 13 hours of Spartan ops.
