If people wanted a refund, they would go out there and get a refund

Same, issues aside(especially when the most I’ve had is occasional disconnects and frame rate problems) I actually quite enjoy this game.
I do hold out hope that they’ll fix the game eventually, so I won’t request a refund. But they’re really just hurting their own image with how they’re handling things.
They should be pushing out fixes as soon as they’re done, not lumping them all together into a massive update.
The certification process isn’t helping. I don’t see why this needs to go through it, whereas the game itself didn’t seem to have to. (If it did, we wouldn’t have so many major issues…)
And they locked the OP’s thread that had a legitimate complaint about the devs’ poor communication…

That thread wasn’t constructive at all, he asked why the 343i didn’t put out a public statement bashing their own game. If he actually detailed a complaint or concern rather than just bashing the game and people then I could see the issue in it. Generally I don’t agree with locking threads in general but if it was something like that then I couldn’t really care less.
If I didn’t refund the abomination that is No Man’s Sky I don’t think I can justify refunding any game, and I like Wars anyways.
i got my refund, maybe if they fix it and it goes on sale ill get it again but cant justify 80usd + tax

Why? I enjoy this game a lot and just waiting for others to be able to play it.
If you wish to seek a refund for your game you are welcome to speak to your retailer or Xbox Live Support. Topics like these hold little to no discussion value so I’m closing this up.

I made a post about the certification process here that you may want to read over
