I’m looking around here and seeing lots of people losing their minds and demanding huge amounts of compensation. I think everyone just needs to take a step back and realize that it will be fixed very shortly. I’m sure 343 is doing there absolute best to fix this right away.
Some are trying to compare it to a burger joint screwing up your burger, or a TV you just bought being broken, but it is in no way the same. #1 This game will bring you hundreds of hours of enjoyment, which is something that a movie in the cinema can’t offer. And #2, they can fix all of the issues with software patches shortly, no need to jump the gun and ask for your money back.
I hope people can find bigger things to complain about than a glitchy launch to fill their time.

Exactly. I’m not sure how old most of these kids are, but when I was their age games didn’t get updates. If there were glitches you still played them, if they were too bad then you returned them and got the fixed disk/cartridge. We were just happy to play.
More annoyed about the general players than the actual state of the game. Any game I get into is BR’s… No one votes for any variety in gameplay. I got tired of everyone voting BR’s before. I thought with a smaller install base maybe this wouldn’t happen again.

… BR’s always at least 3/4 votes for it. They seriously need a playlist for people who don’t want to play the same game mode
The only thing I could be angry at 343 for is that they seem to not notice that some people may want to play the game to it’s fullest and explore all game modes. BR’s… been playing that for almost 10 years now. isn’t that enough already?
Sure we’re a minority by the looks of it but… why not at least give people who want to play every mode an actual option to evade being tied to BR’s every match?
There… I found something I think is bigger, the launch issues are not a problem. theres 4 campaigns if multiplayer isn’t working, personally I don’t mind waiting 5-10 minutes.

I totally agree (even though I am a die hard slayer type fan myself) they didn’t make enough variety in the available play lists to service all gamer types. Hopefully these updates will come soon and you can get your fill as well!

These arent glitches. These are complete system failures. About 50 percent of the game is completely unplayable right now due to these “glitches”. QA should have caught this a long time ago. Server testing isnt something that should be done with the launch of the game. How did they not know? Seriously, now they have had three “server updates” and yet no change in status. Obviously they are oblivious to what they need to fix and are just stalling for time until they figure it out. There PR is horrible right now. They just keep pushing us off and not giving us actual details to what is happening. No specifics or what is actually wrong or an ETA on a complete fix for matchmaking. This is one of the worst launches of all time. Halo 2 at initial launch had more features and more stress on the servers than this game ever could imagine. Its a 6 step process to change teams, while in H2 it was one button. I just dont understand how this could be released like this.
