That’s not true at all…

A lot of people especially here on the forums have a majority of the reqs

I have all of them but only because I got the Warzone bundle and $100 gold bundle after I unlocked all the rares around level 70-80

At your level you should be well into Ultra rares and legendaries only if you listened to Bronze> Silver> Gold advice
