There’s only one side incapable of listening.
There will always be stupid kids who couldn’t ever figure what would would be best for a game but will still insist on spreading their opinions, just like the kids still sticking to this hopeless, dreadful forum.
All the level headed halo players have jumped the boat.
OP’s reasoning is the same flawed idiocy that has haunted this forum for so long now. The reason there aren’t more people complaining is that people who know anything about how Halo works have stopped playing or keep to it simply because it’s hard to let go of a series you’ve played, possibly, for over ten years, and wouldn’t have any reason ever to express their views on this horrid site, as all they’re met with is “adapt” or “accept that people have varying views”, neither of which are things these people are necessarily incapable of to any extent.
It’s atrocious and grueling to have to put up with the huge loads of nonsense meta bigotry and hate of intellect present on these mesage boards.
Halo is dead however, and although it was frankly quite difficult for me to wean from it, I’m glad I’ve gotten accustomed with the PC gaming community, where competitiveness is at least commonly accepted as a good concept and where criticism of games isn’t countered with “oh, you’re just complaining. Can’t we all get along”. The most irritating aspect of this mentality is the intrinsically aversive nature of these very qualities amongst the eaverage users on this site. They simply won’t come along because they’re entitled to their rubbish game mechanics and lack of proper options for others.
-Yoinking!- enrages me. I don’t want to come back to this site. It only instills resentment anyway. Bloody hell, I sure do hate yo lot.
You are the epitome of the decay of the game industry. All we can hope for is that the Korean, and to some extent European, influx of competitiveness keeps spreading.
