From 343i employees to Recruits, everyone seems to have been turned into a Guest. Topics can still be created an replied to but no profile picture is shown either. Page response times seem to be a tad slower as well. This is the second time in the past 12 hours this has happened to me at the very least.
Yep I’m experiencing the same issues for close to a day now. Everyone is a guest, everyone has OP beside their posts, no profile pictures are loading, I can’t view people’s profiles or my own most of the time, the site is slow, the site randomly logs me out and sends it back to non dark mode when I transition to a new page now and then, and my notifications list doesn’t load old or new notifications. What’s up? Edit: damn wish I had known who’d posted this.
They might be doing maintenance or making changes to the platform in a way that affects users statistics or the way profiles are accessed/used. Most likely scenario imo

Yes, that was my first thought as well. It has been ongoing for nearly 24 hours so I assume that is what’s happening.
Seems to be caused by an Xbox Live (or rather, “Network” since they rebranded it) issue.
It would be nice if 343 could comment on it.
Edit: After I posted, everyone’s name returned to normal.

At the time it was reported it was 2am for 343, then around 12pm when you posted. Between 8 and 12 issues were probably being investigated as people started work

As others had reported (including myself) it was going on for around 24 hours prior.
