This is starting to get annoying. I have bought/preordered every available video. Every single time I try to watch anything the video will freeze between 5-8 minutes. Every time. I am watching on my X1. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Hard reboot. Anything else I can do?
yea that was happening to me the other day while watching the Fall of Reach series. are you the only one logged onto your xbox? for some reason my xbox wouldn’t let us watch it if someone else was logged onto it and had to be watched specifically through my account. its been a really glitchy app as it is, not too many people are happy about it
