Every single update has me sitting down waiting more than 30 minutes for the update to download and nothing happens. This happens to my other friends as well and we have talked about it and figured that the problem is either from 343s side or Microsoft. For sketch to tell everyone the same thing about waiting for the update to start and saying it will eventually happen is ridiculous. It’s obviously not our fault why it won’t download and I’m sure 343 could do something to remedy this problem but they won’t. Oh and every time this happens I have to unplug my xbox because it will act like it’s shutting down but it never does.

I just hard reset my Xbox and it starts to work every update. Although I have to re-download the entire game. Internet is fast enough for it not to be a big deal

Yep, I start it… Wait an hour… Nothing. Shut down / restart is just goes to black screen. I have to hard shut off and then update (almost 30 GB). I have decent speeds so its not the worst but annoying none the less.
